Team4Tech uses a structured monitoring and evaluation framework that measures both increased capacity among NGO staff and educators and downstream learner outcomes. Our results show that strategic capacity-building enables local organizations to adopt effective, scalable approaches that improve learning outcomes.
Training
NGOs participate in trainings on tech-supported, evidence-based pedagogical practices + NGOs build organizational sustainability, improving tech infrastructure and streamlining systems
Implementation
Improved infrastructure, reduced friction, and new knowledge and skills increase NGOs’ capacity to apply tech-supported, evidence-based practices

Our tiered approach provides NGOs with a continuum of support matching their readiness to scale and sustain education technology innovations—ranging from self-paced resources and short-term engagements in our Community of Practice to longer-term, in-depth strategic partnerships. At all levels, we help NGOs build capacity and make a bigger impact for learners.

Our portfolio of 24 current strategic partners share progress towards individualized partnership goals during our annual review process. Our customized support model enables each NGO to advance their own respective goals around educator effectiveness and learner growth. Self-reported data from strategic partners in 2025-2026 show:

Level 2: Learning Partners
Team4Tech measures the success of our peer learning cohorts and virtual consulting support through implementation surveys, course completion, knowledge assessments, and NPS measurements. We currently have approximately 130 organizations participating at this engagement level. Assessment data, satisfaction surveys, and analysis of implementation plans show:

Team4Tech measures the impact of our Community of Practice through membership numbers, member engagement and activity levels, events held, participation levels in events, participation in peer learning and exchange opportunities, toolkit certificates earned, member satisfaction and net promoter scores, and member self-reported knowledge gains.
