Victoria has spent the last 15 years working at the intersection of education, technology, and social impact. Before joining Team4Tech, she was the Assistant Director of the EdTech Center at World Education managing global digital learning projects, expanding edtech partnerships, and leading innovative digital inclusion initiatives. In this role, she co-directed a mobile learning community of practice that won the Adult Literacy XPRIZE Communities Competition and worked with the Cambodian Government and UNESCO to co-design, pilot, and scale the first online equivalency program for out of school youth in Cambodia that now reaches thousands.
Victoria’s connection with Team4Tech began in 2014 while in Cambodia working at an NGO that was one of Team4Tech’s early nonprofit partners. Victoria worked closely with Team4Tech and volunteers to integrate digital literacy into the fabric of their vocational learning programs. The project deeply inspired her and ignited her passion for leveraging technology effectively to empower learners and access opportunity.
