Shida Zamani

Shida is responsible for leading Team4Tech’s data strategy, architecture, and management and integrating various data systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Shida has over a decade of experience in database administration within the nonprofit sector and leverages her extensive knowledge to support data-driven decision-making, fundraising, and program delivery. Her roles have encompassed building and designing data models, technical support, training, and fostering data literacy among the variety of stakeholders she’s worked with. Prior to joining Team4Tech, Shida served as the Salesforce Administrator for 826 National and the Database Manager at San Francisco Education Fund.

Shida holds a BS in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her nephews, being her cats’ social media manager, and planning her next travel destination.
