Dr. Dawn DiPeri
Dr. Dawn DiPeri is a senior education advisor and learning designer with extensive experience across international development, K–12 education, higher education, and creative design. She specializes in content strategy, instructional and learning design, teacher professional development, and the creation of inclusive, technology-enabled learning experiences at scale.
Prior to joining Team4Tech, Dawn has held roles with UNICEF, including serving as Global Content Lead for the Learning Passport, where she supported large-scale digital learning initiatives across multiple regions and humanitarian contexts. She has also worked as a learning designer and faculty developer at Harvard Graduate School of Education, supporting educators and future teachers in curriculum design, pedagogy, and educational technology integration.
Her career spans roles as a professor, faculty developer, global education consultant, and creative director, blending academic rigor with practical implementation and strong visual design skills. Dawn holds a Doctorate in Management, Higher Education, Teaching and Learning and a Master of Fine Arts in Advertising.
She currently serves as Senior Advisor for Education, Content, Strategy and Design at Team4Tech, supporting global content development, quality assurance, and thought leadership aligned with the organization’s mission to expand access to education and employability through technology.
In her free time, Dawn enjoys running and staying immersed in the latest research on emerging technologies, learning science, and the future of work.
