Amy Harris is responsible for Team4Tech’s revenue generation through philanthropy.
Her career in the nonprofit sector spans two decades where she has successfully secured millions of dollars for organizations serving under-resourced communities in the US and globally. Prior to joining Team4Tech, Amy served as the Director of Youth Investments for Peace First, Inc., the Director of Philanthropy for Action for the Climate Emergency, and the Director of Development and Evaluation for Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.
Amy hails from rural Appalachia where access to education, technology, and opportunity are unequal. Her upbringing ignited her passion for community building through philanthropy and partnerships as a means to engage under-resourced communities in co-designing solutions for resource development.
Amy serves on the Advisory Board for Paper Bridges, a youth-led nonprofit organization providing emotional support for orphans and foster children worldwide. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Republic of Georgia, 2011-2013) and holds a BA in Anthropology and English Literature from the University of Oregon. She lives in Monticello, NM with her partner and enjoys all of the wild and wonderful places of the world.
