Virtual or in-person workshops introduce design thinking methodology and operationalize that learning in team-based exercises to prototype solutions supporting nonprofits.
In just a few hours volunteers learn, connect, and engage to build capacity for the participating nonprofit. As they use their skills to give back, volunteers build leadership, communication, and decision-making expertise, and they connect with new colleagues across functions and geographies.
Prioritize Employee Engagement Despite Time Constraints
With a turnaround time of just two months, Team4Tech makes it easy to create memorable impact experiences over three to six hours that foster team cohesion and drive positive change. Our Design for Impact Workshops allow your employees to build leadership, communication, and decision-making expertise while supporting vetted nonprofits or your company’s grantees. Workshops can be virtual or onsite at corporate or nonprofit offices. These workshops are ideal for team volunteering, offsites, corporate retreats, and end-of-year volunteering.
