Community of Practice
The Team4Tech Community of Practice is a dynamic network of nonprofit professionals using their skills and expertise to improve the quality of education in under-resourced communities around the world. In this diverse online space, education-focused nonprofit organizations can connect around a common element: effective use of education technology to build learners’ employability skills.
The Team4Tech Community of Practice provides a platform for its members to collaborate, share best practices, and gain new skills and experiences. Members can learn together through aligned and curated resources, vetted tools, expert speakers, peer-led workshops, courses focused on education from the nonprofit perspective, and more.

We launched our online Community of Practice Platform in July 2022. Since then, we’ve grown to:
- 1200+ NGOs from 100+ countries around the world
- 4,000+ members
- 500+ certificates earned for our online courses, including makerspace design and introduction to AI
Our Community of Practice offers:
- professional learning opportunities: webinars, workshops, courses, and other trainings tailored to enhance skills in the use of technology to advance access to quality learning
- networking opportunities: connect with members from over 100 countries all working to support education
- resource sharing: access to vetted resources and technical assistance, opportunities to share personal experiences, and a space to crowdsource resource needs
- mentorship and coaching opportunities: opportunities for engagement with Team4Tech staff, skilled volunteers, and former NGO partners
- learning cohorts: helping members to use evidence-based practices and vetted resources to further their educational programs and build their organizational capacity leveraging new technology
