Development of a Digitized Training Curriculum
With many countries around the world in midst of a technological revolution, youth in Vietnam, especially those in disadvantaged areas, need access to skills such as digital literacy, creativity, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
Access to Assistance Programs for the Digital World
Vietnet-ICT, established in 2007, promotes partnerships and capacity-building to assist disadvantaged communities, in accessing and benefiting from information technology and communication services. They implement three programs contributing to narrowing the digital gap: digital skills for youth, ICT for non-profit organizations, and ICT in the community. Each program focuses on addressing specific problems with a customized intervention strategy. Vietnet-ICT has reached over 1.5 million people through its programs.
Digital Curriculum Building with Team4Tech
To amplify their work, Vietnet-ICT has collaborated with Team4Tech to improve technology infrastructure, build staff capacity and empower teachers and students with digital citizenship skills. We aim to promote creative problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and entrepreneurship in several communities across Vietnam by co-creating curriculum focused on digital literacy, safety, agency, and other topics.
