In March 2021, Team4Tech implemented strategic growth with Deloitte’s Building Bridges program to support four of Team4Tech’s nonprofit partners with pro bono consulting projects spanning strategy, technology, and human capital.

Supported Resilience Programs for Girls and Youth in India with CorStone
CorStone develops and provides resilience programs to improve well-being for youth worldwide, focusing on adolescent girls as critical change agents in their communities. Deloitte professionals developed a technology audit framework for CorStone schools and drafted a strategy for implementing a remote management platform. Following, CorStone will pilot this platform in 60 schools with approximately 250 teachers reaching 4,200 girls with plans to expand their programs to other regions across India.
Cultivated Enriching Childhoods in India with Dost Education
Dost Education empowers low-literacy parents with early childhood learning resources through audiocasts via mobile phones. Deloitte professionals helped Dost establish organizational clarity around their goals and strategy to support rapid growth and scaling. Dost has helped over 58,000 parents turn their homes into early learning environments and get their kids school ready. In the next year, Dost is poised to reach over 2 million children across India.
Transformed Educational Outcomes in Uganda with Inspiring Teachers
Inspiring Teachers runs innovative teacher coaching programs to build digital tools to empower teachers, school leaders, and teacher coaches in setting up thriving schools. Deloitte professionals provided research and recommendations to Inspiring Teachers in developing a teacher assessment and training tool. Inspiring Teachers empowers 65 teachers teaching 12,000 students. This coaching app will enable Inspiring Teachers to scale, reaching even more teachers and schools.
Leveraged Technology to Empower Disadvantaged Youth in Kenya with NairoBits Trust
NairoBits supports youth from low-income communities to thrive in the digital age.
Deloitte professionals reviewed NairoBits’ strategic plan and developed recommendations on how NairoBits could sustainably grow their impact. The team also conducted training for NairoBits staff on Human-Centered Design techniques. Currently, NairoBits reaches 2,000 young people annually and will now be able to expand across Kenya and abroad.
