Our Impact

Team4Tech was founded in 2012 with the mission of improving the quality of education for underserved learners around the world through technology solutions and capacity building. Our goal is to make a meaningful impact for 100,000 learners over 10 years.

In 2018, we celebrated the milestone of reaching more than 55,000 learners in 14 countries.

Our ultimate goal is to advance progress against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4.4: to substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills — including technical and vocational skills — for employment, decent jobs, and entrepreneurship. What and How Do We Measure?

Team4Tech works closely with our nonprofit partners to ensure that we have well-defined metrics in place to measure our impact on teaching and learning, and to help inform future projects. Team4Tech’s program directors guide nonprofit partners through M&E planning and execution using the framework laid out by the Program Development Plan.

We also work with our corporate partners to measure the benefits from our immersive service learning program for their employees. Our innovative leadership development curriculum is designed to build leadership capabilities including customer-centric innovation using a human centered design approach, decision making amidst ambiguity, communication and collaboration, inclusivity, and a growth mindset.
