Pro bono projects that make an impact
Team4Tech provides turnkey pro bono projects that include:
- Nonprofit vetting and matching
- Project scoping
- Volunteer selection
- Leadership development curriculum and facilitation
- Project management to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Logistics coordination
- Impact metrics tracking
Team4Tech pro bono projects engage a team of employee volunteers from across the organization in a 3 month program to provide technology solutions and training to build nonprofit organizational capacity. Projects can be immersive, hybrid, or virtual.

Volunteers meet virtually to understand the nonprofit’s needs and develop solutions, while deepening their understanding of key leadership capabilities.
Implementation
The team can work virtually or onsite with the nonprofit staff to implement solutions, while practicing their leadership capabilities.
